What is included in every box?
Variety of granola bars, fruit bars, chocolate bars, chips, cookies, jerky, nuts, gummies, pretzels and other types of snacks from premium brands.
There is always something new with each shipment. We also include healthy snacks in each box. Our goal is to accommodate all dietary needs and taste.
Can you customize snack selection for my account?
If you prefer us to add specific snacks, or if you do not want particular snacks, please, let us know by email at email@example.com.
What is the shelf life of the snacks?
The snacks are so good, we don't think you'll ever have to worry about products going bad. However, the products you receive in your box will have at least a 6-week shelf life from the time it is shipped.
How to change or cancel subscription?
You can delay, pause, change frequency or cancel delivery at any time online right from your account page. We also notify you couple days in advance before each scheduled order is created. You can also simply reply to the email and let us know what changes you need to do to your subscription. There is no contracts or penalties for cancelling subscription.
Can I get deliveries to multiple locations?
Certainly, you can either place multiple orders yourself or we would be happy to help you with that.
Shipping & Tracking Information
We ship orders by UPS. We ship within the US only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Orders are shipped in specially designed box with section dividers to ensure items like chips and other fragile snacks don't get damaged during transit.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order. Please note, it may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the carrier’s website. Most of the orders are received within 3-4 business days.
