Hi Tamara! We are so happy that you ordered from SnackPerk! I'm so sorry that the box that you received was smaller than you anticipated. We try really hard to pass on savings to our customers and one way that we can do that is through keeping shipping costs down. Larger boxes cost more to ship and so if we used larger boxes we would have to charge our customers more for the snack box. As you can see, the contents within the box were reflective of what you saw on the add and I really hope that you enjoyed them. We really appreciate your business and your feedback and If we see that people would prefer larger boxes and are willing to pay the extra costs for the shipping then we are more than happy to provide that service! Or if you would like a larger box for your next order then we can also provide that for you at a little extra cost as well! I look forward to working with you again!
